How long does it take to post a job?

You can create and publish a basic job in a few minutes by entering role details, location, experience, salary range, and requirements.

What happens after I publish a job?

Hirexy creates a public application page for the job. You can share that link on WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, social media, or job listings.

Can I use Hirexy if I already have candidate CVs?

Hirexy is optimized for collecting applications through your job link. Candidates can apply directly and submit details and resumes through that flow.

Can multiple team members use the same company account?

Yes, depending on your plan. Paid plans may include multi-user collaboration.

Can I reject candidates?

Can I search or filter candidates?

Can I download candidate resumes?

Troubleshooting

I cannot see my job after creating it. What should I do?

Refresh the dashboard and confirm whether the job was saved and published. If the issue continues, contact support with account email and job title.

Candidates say the application link is not opening. What should I check?

Confirm the link is correct, the job is active, and the page is publicly accessible. If issue persists, contact support.

AI score is not visible for a candidate. Why?

Scoring can depend on submitted data, resume availability, and processing state. Refresh after some time or contact support if it remains unavailable.

Candidate resume is not opening. What should I do?

Check whether the candidate uploaded a valid file. If it still fails to open, contact support.

I found incorrect candidate information. What should I do?

Candidate details come from submitted information/resume. Verify directly with the candidate and update your hiring decision accordingly.

I cannot sign in. What should I do?

Check credentials and try again. If access still fails, contact support@hirexy.in.
