Acceptance of terms
By using Hirexy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree do not use the service. These terms apply to all users including employers and candidates.
What Hirexy provides
Hirexy is an applicant tracking and hiring intelligence platform. We help employers collect, score, and manage job applications. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes or candidate quality.
Employer responsibilities
Employers are responsible for ensuring their job postings comply with applicable employment laws. Employers must not post discriminatory job requirements. Employers are responsible for all hiring decisions made using Hirexy.
Candidate data
Employers may only use candidate data collected through Hirexy for hiring purposes related to the specific job the candidate applied for. Candidate data may not be sold, shared with third parties, or used for any other purpose without explicit consent.
Payment and billing
Hirexy plans are based on active jobs, monthly CV screenings, and user seats. A CV screening is counted when a resume is successfully processed by Hirexy. Failed uploads, unsupported files, demo-seeded records, and duplicate retries of the same application are not counted as additional screenings. Closed jobs do not count as active jobs. Talent Pool access is available on paid plans as described on the pricing page. During the paid pilot, plan changes, cancellations, and add-ons are handled by support. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Cancellation requests stop future billing according to the applicable billing terms and do not provide refunds for the current period unless explicitly stated otherwise. Free tier features remain available after cancellation or paid plan expiry where applicable.
Plan availability
Free, Starter, and Growth are the current GTM-ready plans. Team and Agency plans may be offered on request or marked as coming soon until generally available.
Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. During the paid pilot, cancellation requests are handled by support rather than self-serve account settings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
