Acceptance of terms
By using Hirexy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree do not use the service. These terms apply to all users including employers and candidates.
What Hirexy provides
Hirexy is an AI-assisted shortlisting workspace that helps recruiters and hiring teams review applications, compare candidate fit signals, and prepare explainable shortlists. Hirexy does not make final hiring decisions and does not guarantee hiring outcomes or candidate quality.
Employer responsibilities
Employers are responsible for ensuring their job postings comply with applicable employment laws. Employers must not post discriminatory job requirements. Employers are responsible for all hiring decisions made using Hirexy.
Candidate data
Employers may only use candidate data collected through Hirexy for hiring purposes related to the specific job the candidate applied for. Candidate data may not be sold, shared with third parties, or used for any other purpose without explicit consent.
Payment and billing
Hirexy plans are based on active jobs, monthly CV screenings, and user seats. A CV screening is counted when a resume is successfully processed by Hirexy. Failed uploads, unsupported files, demo-seeded records, and duplicate retries of the same application are not counted as additional screenings. Closed jobs do not count as active jobs. Talent Pool access is available on paid plans as described on the pricing page. Starter and Growth are available in self-serve monthly checkout, while Team, Agency, annual billing requests, paid plan changes, cancellations, and requests for extra capacity are handled by support. Customers may cancel future renewals by contacting support@hirexy.in or using available billing controls where provided. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Refunds are generally not provided for the current billing period once a subscription is active unless required by law or explicitly approved by Hirexy support. Free tier features remain available after cancellation or paid plan expiry where applicable.
Plan availability
Free, Starter, and Growth are available for self-serve monthly checkout today. Team is a support-assisted early access plan for multi-user hiring teams, and Agency is a support-assisted early access plan for agency workspaces. Annual billing is available on request through support-assisted setup.
Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Cancellation requests for paid subscriptions are handled by support rather than self-serve account settings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
