Acceptance of terms

By using Hirexy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree do not use the service. These terms apply to all users including employers and candidates.

What Hirexy provides

Hirexy is an applicant tracking and hiring intelligence platform. We help employers collect, score, and manage job applications. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes or candidate quality.

Employer responsibilities

Employers are responsible for ensuring their job postings comply with applicable employment laws. Employers must not post discriminatory job requirements. Employers are responsible for all hiring decisions made using Hirexy.

Candidate data

Employers may only use candidate data collected through Hirexy for hiring purposes related to the specific job the candidate applied for. Candidate data may not be sold, shared with third parties, or used for any other purpose without explicit consent.

Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide refunds for the current period. Free tier features remain available after cancellation.

Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from account settings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
