What data we collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, phone number) and information candidates provide when applying for jobs (CV, work history, salary expectations, contact details). We also collect usage data to improve our service.
How we use your data
Employer data is used to operate the Hirexy platform, process job postings, and power candidate screening workflows. Candidate data is used to score and rank applications for the specific jobs they apply to. We never sell your data to third parties.
Candidate consent
Candidates explicitly consent to having their data stored when applying through a Hirexy career page. They can opt in to having their profile shared with other Hirexy employers. Candidates can request deletion of their data by emailing support@hirexy.in.
Data storage
All data is stored on AWS servers in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We follow industry standard security practices.
Recruiter communications
Hirexy surfaces candidate insights in-product so recruiters can decide whom to contact. If optional messaging features are enabled in future, they will remain configurable and limited to hiring workflows.
Data retention
Active account data is retained as long as your account is active. After account cancellation, data is retained for 90 days then deleted. Talent pool data is retained for 2 years to allow rehiring. Candidate data subject to deletion requests is removed within 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Candidates can request removal from employer talent pools. To exercise these rights contact us at support@hirexy.in.
